How to Invest
Before you apply, please ensure you have read and understood the Fund's
Information Memorandum (IM). You should always seek
professional financial and tax advice before making a decision to invest in the Fund.
Key Facts
- For new investors, the minimum investment amount is AUD 25 million (RRF Class) and AUD 2 million (Investor Class)
- For existing investors, the minimum investment amount is AUD 2 million (RRF Class) and AUD 100,000 (Investor Class)
- The Fund only accepts Australian Dollars

The Fund deals the first Thursday of each month and any other Thursday where there is a valid transaction
to be processed (Dealing Day). However, the only Dealing Day in July is the last Thursday in July
- For joint applications, both applicants must sign the form
- Deadline for receipt of applications (and application money) is 2pm (Sydney time) on a Dealing Day

You will receive a statement confirming your investment in the Fund once processing of your application
is complete
The process for making an application for New and
Existing Investors is detailed below.
New Investors - making an application
Step 1 - Read the IM, select your investor type and complete the Initial Application Form

Us to obtain the appropriate Initial Application Form.
Step 2 - Collect and certify the relevant customer identification documents
Australia's anti-money laundering / counter-terrorism financing laws require the collection of customer
identification documents. Each Initial Application Form contains information on the types of customer
identification documents you need to provide with your Initial Application Form. See page 32 of the
IM
for further information.
These customer identification documents also need to be certified
(see "Who can certify customer
identification documents").
Step 3 - Post your Initial Application Form and customer identification documents to us
Please post your original signed Initial Application Form and original certified copies of
the customer identification documents to:

Due to Australia's anti-money laundering / counter-terrorism financing laws, email or fax copies of these
documents cannot be accepted. Your Initial Application Form cannot be processed until all relevant customer
identification documents have also been received and processed.
Step 4 - Transfer your initial application money
You can transfer your initial application money to the Fund by
direct bank deposit / SWIFT or via Austraclear.
Banking and Austraclear details are also on page 15 of the
IM
or on each relevant Initial Application Form.
Existing Investors - making an application
Step 1 - Read the IM and complete the Additional Investment Form

Step 2 – Post, email or fax your Additional Investment Form
Please post, email or fax a copy of the Additional Investment Form to the respective address
below. Customer identification documentation are not required unless otherwise advised.
Step 3 - Transfer your application money
You can transfer your initial application money to the Fund by
direct bank deposit / SWIFT or via Austraclear.
